To register for this service please go to the website “dsgsecure.com” or if already on the website click on the "dsgsecure.com" link at the top of the screen. Once the page opens please click on the “New Account Registration” link next to the “SIGN IN” button.
Once the “Patient Sign Up” page opens fill in the details on the screen.
After the “Sign Up” button is clicked a confirmation message will display informing you that an email will be sent to the email address used at registration. The purpose of this email is to confirm that the email used at registration is a valid email address.
This email will normally be sent within 1 – 10 minutes. If no email is delivered please check your junk/spam settings to ensure that emails from dsgsecure.com are allowed to be delivered to your email account.
Please open the email and click on the “confirm the account” link. This confirmation will validate that the email address is valid and then the registration process can be completed by DSG Secure Messaging Inc..
The registration process will normally be completed within 1 business day, however sometimes due to the volume of requests this may take 2 business days.
When the registration is completed, an email will be sent informing you that the registration process is complete and you can start using the secure messaging platform. To do this just go to the website “dsgsecure.com” and enter in your log in details.
