How to Login

To login to start using the messages services please go to the website “dsgsecure.com” or if already on the website click on the "dsgsecure.com" link at the top of the screen.. Once the page opens please enter the email address and the password used at registration, and then click on the “SIGN IN” button.

If the credentials are correct you will be logged into the DSG Secure platform.

If you cannot remember the password created at registration there is a “Forget?” link which allows you to send a request to reset your password. Simply fill in the registered email address used at registration and an email will be sent to that address with a link which can be used to reset the password

This email will normally be sent within 1 – 30 minutes. If no email is delivered please check your junk/spam settings to ensure that emails from dsgsecure.com are allowed to be delivered to your email account.

Please open the email and follow the instructions to change your password.
